This study taking cadets as the research object was designed to express the concept of painting and narration, and took art and narrative therapy as a way to conduct counseling process. The activities were designed to guide the case through non-verbal ways to build self-confidence, increase self-worth and self-potential to achieve and enhance the environment and emotional adaptation and control, in order to reduce anxiety of cases, enhance emotional self-expression to the effect that perceived identification gained in group counseling process could assist in improving intergroup interpersonal interaction and cohesion for the main purpose of the study. Based on the findings, specific recommendations were made for educational administration, army counseling units, teachers, and future researchers.
