國軍基本體能之核心肌群訓練應用

摘要


國內體育運動相關單位,為提升全民運動動機,推展許多相關政策及活動,希望能藉由運動風氣的建立,改善民眾對運動的看法,以促進良好生活品質,而在國軍單位,也為維持及提升國軍官兵基本體能,制訂了基本體能檢測及訓練的作法,其內容針對仰臥起坐、俯地挺身及三千公尺徒手跑步等3項,以促使官兵維持自我體能,得以肩負保家為國的重大任務。國軍基本體能主要以肌力、肌耐力及心肺耐力為主,並以人體重要肌群進行強化,本文以核心肌群訓練理念運用至國軍基本體能,給予平日嚴謹的訓練注入不同新思維。核心肌群指位在橫隔膜以下到骨盆間,環繞腰部、腹部及軀幹的肌肉群,其具有穩定整個身體作用外,另包含可提升身體柔軟度、促使動作流暢及促進身體各部位協調等功能,因此核心肌群訓練是不同於傳統重量訓練,其對於維持良好生活品質功不可沒。希冀本文能藉由運用核心肌群訓練理念帶動部隊運動風氣,引導所有相關訓練人員,在安全無虞下,發揮巧思,依據科學訓練模式,進而提升部隊體能訓練成效。
