戰略社會責任視域下企業碳資產管理研究

A Research on the Carbon Assets Management of Enterprises from the Strategic CSR Perspective

摘要


根據卡羅爾的社會責任表現模型,企業對社會問題的四種反應中的主動回應模式,實際上就是一種社會責任戰略的表現,即能夠將與企業經營直接相關的社會問題納入到戰略高度來對待,從一種出了事故後的被動應對到事前管理再到定位於戰略層面主動出擊,通過組織結構、生產流程、管理職責等多維度的再設計,將社會問題內化為企業發展的原動力。基於這樣的思考,本文認為,在當前「碳約束」的背景下,二氧化碳等溫室氣體的排放問題也正在從企業的負債轉化為資產。企業的碳資產管理對於企業發展而言,尤其是大型綜合類企業以及工業企業,具有重要的戰略意義。本文在戰略社會責任思維框架下,在明確界定碳資產的概念與範圍的基礎上,提出碳資產管理的戰略要義,並指出利用波特的價值鏈模型分解企業內部碳資產,可有效對碳資產進行盤查與管理,並且有助於企業尋找到從碳資產管理中獲利的途徑。

Global climate change means not only threats but also opportunities to enterprises. Along with the start up and development of global carbon trading market, carbon emissions is becoming important assets, that's why enterprises require effective carbon assets management. And especially for the traditional manufacturing industry and high-energy- consuming enterprises, carbon assets management is a way to handle the social and environmental problems strategically. However, current academic researches lag behind practices, and requires theoretical analysis framework. Thus this paper, based on the clarification of carbon assets' definition and intension, utilized Porter's Value Chain Model to clarify and manage enterprise's carbon asset from all of the operating activities, and it is helpful to find the gaining-benefit path for enterprises, and to reset the strategic corporate social responsibility as well.
