大學生學習投入與幸福感之相關研究

A Study of the Relationship between Learning Involvement and Well-Being of University Students

摘要


本研究旨在探討大學生學習投入與幸福感的現況及相關性。本研究採用調查研究法,以南部某科技大學四技日間部902名學生為研究對象。研究者使用「大學生學習投入量表」、「大學生主觀幸福感量表」及「大學生心理幸福感量表」蒐集實證資料,以相依樣本變異數分析、多變量變異數分析及多元迴歸分析進行統計處理。結果發現:大學生具有中度學習投入、中高度主觀幸福感及中高度心理幸福感。影響大學生學習投入的主要背景變項為參加社團及志工服務。影響大學生主觀幸福感和心理幸福感的主要背景變項為性別。同學互動對主觀幸福感、心理幸福感最具預測力。根據研究結果,本研究提出幾點具體建議,供大學院校及未來研究參考。

The purpose of this study was to explore the correlation between learning involvement and well-being of university students. The survey method was adopted for this study. Participants were 902 students in a selected university of technology in southern Taiwan. The researcher designed the scales of learning involvement, subjective well -being, and psychological well-being of university students to collect empirical data. The data were analyzed by dependent samples analysis of variance, multivariate analysis of variance and multiple regression analysis. The major findings were as follows: (a) the university students were at a middle level of their learning involvement, and were at a middle-high level of their subjective well-being and psychological well-being; (b) participating in student clubs and volunteer service were the major variables which influenced university students' learning involvement; however, gender was the major variable which influenced university students' subjective and psychological well-being; (c) peer interaction was the most predictable aspect to subjective well-being and psychological well-being. Based on the findings, this study provided several recommendations for universities and future research as a reference.
