本研究的主要目的在以學校創新網絡為中介變項,探討校長關係領導對教師關係學習的影響。在研究方法上採用問卷調查法,以國民小學教育人員(包含校長、主任、組長、導師及專任教師)為研究對象,針對桃竹苗四縣市國民小學,以隨機抽樣方式抽取862位教育人員進行調查,回收率84%,有效樣本共550份。本研究使用結構方程模式分析校長關係領導、學校創新網絡與教師關係學習的關係。研究結果顯示校長關係領導對學校創新網絡與教師關係學習有正向影響,校長關係領導亦會經由學校創新網絡的中介效果間接影響教師關係學習。本研究建議校長宜實施關係領導以利進行學校創新網絡發展,進而提升教師關係學習。
By using school innovation network as an intermediary variable, this study aimed to investigate the effects of principal's relational leadership on teachers' relational learning. Questionnaire survey was used. The sample of this study was all elementary school teachers working in Taoyuan County, Hsinchu City and County, and Miaoli County. The research handed out 862 questionnaires, among which there were 550 questionnaires valid with the return rate of 84%. The study used structural equation modeling to verify the linear relationship among relational leadership, school innovation network and teachers' relational learning. The results indicated that principal's relational leadership has positive effects on school innovation network and teachers' relational learning. Besides, principal's relational leadership will indirectly influence teachers' relational learning by way of school innovation network. The study suggested that principal's implement relational leadership to facilitate school innovation network, and thus enhance teachers' relational learning.
