淺談如何增加國小體育教師教學之信任感

Instruction Tools for Increasing Elementary School PE Teachers' Credibility

摘要

本文提出三大構面：優質教學、角色形塑及外表儀容，都包含體育教師增加學生眼中的信任感所需要的要點、建議及研究。綜觀以上三大構面可細分為以下七個方法（1）用課程內容與學生互動（2）幫助提升學生對體育課程的好感（3）幫助學生感覺到安全（4）展示良好健康生活習慣（5）積極的身體活動（6）展現身體能力（7）穿著合宜的服裝，各個構面對於學生發展健康的生活習慣皆造成影響。這些構面都是相互依存的，而體育教師都有機會透過這些構面去增加自己在學生眼中的信任感。體育教師必須每天熟練這幾個方法，才能夠從事更被學所信任的教學，進而增加學生的學習成效。

This purpose pf this article is to provide seven teaching skills to increase PE teacher credibility. According to elementary school students, a credible PE teacher should: (1) engage students with the content, (2) help students feel good about PE, (3) help student feel secure, (4) display healthy behaviors, (5) be physically active, (6) display physical qualities, and (7) dress appropriately. These skills each plays an important part in the increase of PE teacher credibility in the student's perspective, record emend further research. These seven skills can be assorted in to three dimensions: quality teaching, role modeling, and appearance. These three dimensions are all interweave together. They are all mean to established a healthy living habit for the students. PE teachers can increase credibility by practicing consistently these seven skills and in the end meet the stander of each student's learning outcome.
