自行車道使用者之休閒滿意度量表建構與驗證

Construction and Confirmation of Leisure Satisfaction Scale for Bikeway Users

摘要


本研究主要目的在於建構「自行車道使用者之休閒滿意度量表」,並分析與驗證其配適程度。本研究問卷編製,以Beard and Ragheb 在1980 年提出的滿意度量表,進行滿意度與構面題項編製。以新北市八里左岸自行車道使用者為研究對象,以立意抽樣的方式進行問卷調查。共發放出318 份問卷;有效問卷回收份數為314 份,有效問卷回收率達98.74%。本量表先經由第一次問卷發放後,先進行項目分析、因素分析及信度分析,刪除未達顯著性與因素負荷量未達.5 之題項。分析結果,保留題項共14 題;萃取因素為心理、放鬆、環境、生理等四個因素構面;其信度分析結果,量表各別因素構面與量表整體的Cronbach's α 值皆高於.8 以上。再經由第二次問卷發放後,再進行項目分析、因素分析,其結果僅刪除心理因素構面,因素負荷量未達.5 以上之一題題項;其信度分析結果,量表各別因素構面與量表整體的Cronbach's α 值皆高於.7 以上。經驗證模式分析,其結果χ^2/df 為2.549;GFI、CFI、NFI 值皆在.9 以上;AGFI 值為.895。RMSEA 為.070;RMR 為.031。若可以了解自行車道使用者的休閒滿意度,並量化評估。其研究結果將有利於相關單位在未來自行車道的規劃與管理。

The objective of this study was to construction and confirmation of leisure satisfaction scale for bikeway users. Leisure satisfaction scale reference and editing by Beard and Ragheb proposed in 1983. The population sampled for this study was using the Bail Left-bank bikeway in New Taipei City. Use purposive sampling. A total 318 surveys were completed, and 314 valid questionnaires (valid rate of 98.74%). The surveys results were used by t-test, factor analysis, reliability analysis and structural equation modeling. Deleted not significant and factor loading less than .5 questions of scales. The finally analysis results, subscales include: Psychology, Relax, Environment, and Physiological. The reliability of the subscales were around .7. The structural equation modeling by modification indices: χ^2/df 為2.549;GFI、CFI、NFI were around .9; AGFI= .895, RMSEA=.070; RMR=.031. If we can understand and assess leisure satisfaction for bikeway user. The results will useful to management and planning bikeway in the future.
