成功的退休轉換與生活調適之探討
The Research of Successful Conversion and Retirement of Living Adjustment
摘要
本研究旨在探討成功的退休轉換與生活調適。退休者的生活環境改變、生理功能減退、角色扮演驟變的情況下，如何成功的轉換是一個重要的課題。研究以深入訪談12位退休者，並進行質性分析，主要結果有四：第一、退休的規劃方式分為預先準備、原有工作轉銜、隨機應變等。預先準備者藉由興趣專長的培養、原有工作轉銜者本著熟悉經驗，皆能順利的轉換，而隨機應變者，會面臨恐慌與憂鬱，須經過半年甚至三年始能重新適應；第二、退休轉換類型分為自創經營、義務服務及休閒健身等。從事第二春者獲得經濟、人脈等收益、參與志願及公益者得到心靈滿足、休閒健身者增廣見識強健身心；第三、成轉換的關鍵因素分為興趣專長培養、學習與成長、社交參與、規劃旅遊等。成功退休轉換者藉由興趣專長的培養與學習，豐富生活經驗，經由社交休閒規劃，拓展人際聯絡情感；第四、退休者藉著生命的回顧感受滿足，進而修身養性，回饋家庭及社會。研究結果可供退休生涯規劃參考，建議公共政策考慮退休計畫，實現世代正義。

This study was designed to investigate the success of the conversion and retirement living adjustment. Retirees living environment changes, physiological dysfunction, in the case of sudden changes in role-playing, how successful conversion is an important issue. Research In-depth interviews with 12 retirees, and qualitative analysis, there are four main results: first, retirement planning is divided into pre-prepared, the original working title transfer, resourcefulness, etc., prepared in advance by those interested in the culture of expertise, the original title of the work of those who turn in a familiar experience, able to smooth the transition and the resourceful who will face fear and depression, subject to six months or even three years before they can re-adapt; second, retiring type of conversion into own business, voluntary service, fitness and leisure, to engage a second spring to gain economic, contacts and other income, and community volunteer who get to meet the spiritual, recreational fitness broaden your experience ,strong body and mind; third, the key factor to convert into interest specialty training, learning and growth social participation, planning tourism, successful retirement converters interest by rich expertise in training and learning life experience, expand interpersonal emotional contact through social and recreational programming; fourth, retirees review by feelings of life satisfaction, self-cultivation and thus, contribute to family and society. Results for retirement career planning reference, the proposed public policy considerations retirement plans, for generations to justice.
