農夫市集與社區營造關聯之探討-以新竹縣13好市集為例

摘要


為推廣社區營造結合友善環境之產業,新竹縣匯集13個鄉鎮社區,用「在地、蔬果、輕食、手作」四大特色之農特產品,標榜「新竹縣13鄉鎮的好東西都能在新瓦屋買得到」,以新竹縣文化局「新瓦屋客家文化保存區」為據點,在每周六下午2點到6點(冬令時間11:00~16:00)由生產者與消費者直接溝通販售的平台。這個市集由新竹縣府文化局社造中心輔導,集結13 鄉鎮的社區工作者共同籌辦,自2014年5月開始營運,提供生產者與消費者直接面對面的平台與對話空間,透過市集消費端的滾動,直接鼓勵小農種植無農藥、無化肥、自然農耕的蔬果;鼓勵青年返鄉從事友善環境的產業,鼓勵文創歸鄉等;間接傳遞農村生活的美好價值,推動農村簡單生活、知足常樂的生命觀,共同打造一個精彩多元與食安健康的農夫市集。新竹縣13好市集是定期定點產地型的農夫市集,打造社區產業、推廣友善環境、健康無毒農業,並推出草地講堂、市集餐桌、在地食堂、產地之旅和配合節慶的DIY等活動,希望能藉由新竹縣13好市集,推動地產地消、推廣有機無毒、安全健康之農產品,分享新竹縣各地愛與信任的故事,用「分享、健康、愛」做為市集的主軸精神。本研究以新竹縣13好市集為例,採取質性研究途徑、運用文獻回顧、田野實察、資料蒐集分析及深度訪談等方法深入探討。嘗試了解和記錄13好市集的創立與發展過程,如何把關安全無虞的農產品給消費者,更進一步了解參與市集的小農與社區營造之關聯性。最後依研究發現作出結論建議,提供政府與相關單位後續研究參考之用。
