樂齡族活躍老化、幸福感與生活品質關係之研究

摘要

目前國內老人比例偏高，導致工作年齡人口其扶養比例相對提升，若老年人口在老年生活擁有獨立及正常參與社會活動的能力，其工作年齡人口撫養壓力也會減輕許多。而這種高齡化的社會現象，也反映在旅遊市場上。由於人民生活水準提升，價值觀念及消費行為的改變，使得大家越來越重視休閒生活的安排，尤其是中高齡者，因為年齡將屆退休或已達退休，已經有更多的自主時間及經濟能力運用安排在休閒旅遊上，有鑑於此，本研究欲對活躍老化程度對幸福感以及生活品質進行探討。本文以55歲以上樂齡族為探討對象，採便利抽樣以紙本問卷的方式發放，調查時間為2021年4月至5月。共計發出425份問卷，經刪除54份無效問卷，實得有效問卷371份。隨後進行敘述性統計、信效度分析、相關分析及迴歸分析。了解活躍老化、幸福感與生活品質三者間的關係。統計結果顯示。活躍老化、幸福感與生活品質有正向影響。高齡社會來臨，工作人口撫養壓力增加，本研究期望做為政府擬訂相關政策依據，並進而有效提升社會大眾對高齡者生活品質及心理層面得到更高的關注，使高齡者能更早規劃晚年生活，達到樂齡生活，減輕社會壓力的同時也提升高齡者晚年的生活品質，讓高齡人口能享受健康快樂的老年生活。

At present, the domestic old person proportion is high, causes the working age population its nurture proportion relative promotion, if the old age population has the independence and normal participation , social activity ability in the older age life, its work age population foster pressure also can reduce many. But this kind of advanced age , social phenomenon is also reflected in the traveling market . As a result of the lives of the people standing promotion, the value idea and the consumer behavior change, enables everybody more and more to take the leisure life the arrangement, in particular advanced age, because the age a session of retirement or has retired, already had more independent time and the economic capacity utilization arrangement in the leisure traveling, had in this, this research wanted to the active degree of aging carries on the discussion to the happy heart as well as the life quality. This article takes 55 years old above Le Lingzu as the discussion object, picks convenience sampling to interrogate the volume way provide take the paper. The survey time is from April to May 2021. Total sends out 425 questionnaires, after deletes 54 invalid questionnaires, is more solid much questionnaire 371. Afterward carries on the narrative, statistics, the letter validity analysis, the correlation analysis, and the regression analysis. Understands the active aging, well-being, and quality of life three relations. The statistical result demonstration. Active aging, well-being, and quality of life have the forward influence.
