摘要


心血管疾病與糖尿病與飲食有關,很多不同形態的研究顯示健康的飲食形態可減少心血管疾病與糖尿病。相反地,著重於單一營養素的飲食(例如低脂飲食)對於減少心血管疾病或糖尿病未有明顯好處。健康的飲食形態強調多吃有益健康的食物,同時少吃不利健康的食物。有益健康的食物包括水果、非澱粉類蔬菜、全穀類、堅果類、豆類、魚貝類、蔬菜油,可多吃。但是加工肉類、反式脂肪、高鈉食物、含多量精製穀類、澱粉以及添加糖的食物則對健康不利,宜少吃。其他食物(如蛋類、乳品、未加工肉類)則屬對健康較無影響、或好處/壞處較不確定者,可適量食用。地中海式飲食大致上符合上述之健康的飲食形態。
