健康效應不明確以及不利健康的食物

摘要


食物以及其所含的營養素可能會影響心血管以及代謝健康。加工肉類、反式脂肪、高鈉食物、含多量精製穀類、澱粉以及添加糖的食物為較確定有害健康的食物,多吃這類食物可能增加心血管疾病、糖尿病發生率與死亡率,宜少吃。有些食物因缺乏研究或各研究的結果不一致,無法確定其健康效應,例如未加工紅肉屬壞處較不確定的食物,乳品、蛋類、禽肉則屬對健康較無影響或好處較不確定的食物,這類食物可適量食用。本文回顧近年的各類研究,檢視上述食物對健康的影響。
