摘要
上眼瞼下垂是常見的眼睛老化的表現，患者常有外觀看起來沒精神或眼睛看不清楚的問題。除了老化之外，患者可能合併其它神經性疾病或內分泌問題，在評估患者眼瞼下垂的嚴重程度及提眼瞼肌的功能之後，可依檢查的結果選擇適合患者的手術，以改善患者的外觀及生活品質。
