脊椎微創的新技術:內視鏡腰椎融合手術

摘要


自2003年微創腰椎融合術的創新發明以來,微創脊椎手術開始蓬勃發展。自2014年開始,在內視鏡的輔助下,一項侵入性更小的腰椎融合手術開始推行,及本文所闡述之新技術:The Endoscopic Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion with No General Anesthesia。結合了多項最新的醫療科技,僅需1公分大小的傷口,就可以完成類似以往大傷口的傳統脊椎融合手術,並且有相等的治療效果。不需要插管和全身麻醉的特性,也讓這項手術適用於身體狀況無法負荷全身麻醉之病人。新的術式不但手術時間更短,出血量更少,術後疼痛更輕微,恢復也更為快速。這項劃時代的手術發明,未來將會是脊椎手術的主流選項之一。
