摘要
類肉瘤病為一非乾酪性肉芽腫上皮病變(noncaseating epithelioid granulomas)。在皮膚上的表現千變萬化，可分為特異性／非特異性，典型和非典型。也由於類肉瘤病的皮膚病兆與其他疾病很類似，因此在診斷上很不容易。本文介紹一確診為類肉瘤病的女士，一開始以雙下肢的皮膚結節及紅腫來做表現，後發現合併有肺部的侵犯，且在使用類固醇後有明顯的進步，並針對皮膚性類肉瘤病做一簡單的介紹。
