摘要
標靶治療藥物相對於傳統化學治療的藥物來說，通常副作用比較少，但是隨著標靶藥物的使用越來越普遍，以及新藥的不斷推出，各種副作用也慢慢浮現。本篇將討論幾種比較容易發生眼部副作用的標靶藥物，及其可能的發生機轉。臨床醫師必須先瞭解標靶藥物可能發生的眼部副作用，才能在病患有症狀時，給予適當的處理，以避免嚴重的視力損傷。
