下消化道出血

摘要

下消化道出血是指從肛門排出血液，出血位置可能腸胃道任一地方，但大多數為大腸、直腸或是肛門出血。此問題在臨床上十分常見，從單純的痔瘡出血到嚴重的大腸腫瘤出血都可能發生。本文目的是簡介成人急性下消化道出血的原因、評估、診斷及處理。
