摘要
外陰疼痛乃指外陰持續疼痛逾3個月、但無明顯的原因。它是一種慢性、困擾的疾病，患者常敘述有灼痛、刺痛和性交疼痛，因常治癒無效，婦產科醫師束手無策，患者常出現憂鬱症狀者達8－15%。患者求診時，醫師又不熟稔此疾病，從外觀陰唇並無異常，故給予一些止痛藥並不會有效果。首先可考慮合併使用gabapentin、抗憂鬱藥物、局部止痛藥膏或局部注射；但對局部性外陰疼痛則應考慮手術切除治療。同時要了解，達到完全無痛是不容易的，只要能舒緩患者不適，恢復日常作息便已達成目標。
