摘要
麴菌瘤（aspergilloma）是麴黴屬（Aspergillus）所引發的疾病，於先前已存在的肺實質空洞中形成球狀病灶（Fungus ball）。本篇報告一名長期罹患麴菌瘤患者之案例，接受止血及完整療程之抗黴菌治療，症狀仍反覆出現，治療成效不彰。與胸腔外科醫師討論後，患者拒絕開刀處理，後續胸腔內科門診追蹤。
