摘要
胸管的置放是臨床上最常見的胸腔侵入性處置之一，可作為緊急的救命處置、幫助術後復原以及長期症狀的緩解等。儘管依照適應症置放胸管可以為病患帶來諸多利益，卻也可能產生許多短期或長期之併發症，而其中又以胸管誤植最為常見。本文描述一罕見之胸管誤植入腎臟案例，經查並無過去文獻曾報導類似案例。其後討論胸管置放之適應症、禁忌症、技術及併發症，並回顧過去文獻曾報導過之胸管誤植案例。
