摘要
搔癢是尿毒症患者相當常見的主訴，對於患者的生活品質帶來相當大的困擾。尿毒搔癢症的機轉相當複雜，而近幾年的研究使得我們對於其病生理機轉有更多的認識，許多新藥物也據此研發。本文簡介尿毒搔癢症的臨床表現、病生理機轉、以及治療選擇。
