反覆肩關節前位脫臼之手術治療

摘要

肩關節為人體活動度最大的關節，也是最常發生脫臼的關節，反覆的脫臼不僅造成病患生活上的困擾，也可能導致肩關節炎的產生。治療反覆肩關節脫臼的手術方法有許多種，包括肩盂唇修補術（labral repair）、Latarjet procedure、Remplissage procedure、反轉型全人工肩關節置換（reverse total shoulder arthroplasty）等，本文將介紹這些手術方式的適應症以及臨床結果。
