其他風濕疾病合併間質性肺病之治療建議：類風濕關節炎、乾燥症、多發性肌炎及皮肌炎

摘要

類風濕關節炎、乾燥症、多發性肌炎及皮肌炎常合併間質性肺病，針對有症狀之患者，以及肺功能或影像快速纖維化病灶進展之患者，應早期積極治療。在開立針對間質性肺病之藥物治療前，須先排除惡性腫瘤、風濕病修飾藥物引起之過敏性肺炎，以及長期免疫抑制造成的感染性肺炎。越來越多抗發炎藥物與抗纖維化藥物，在不同之風濕疾病，皆陸續證實其療效。本文將逐一介紹類風濕關節炎、乾燥症、多發性肌炎及皮肌炎合併間質性肺病最新之治療證據，提供臨床醫師作為治療建議。
