核醫放射免疫檢驗TSH、Free T4、Thyroglobulin、Tyroglobulin Ab之甲狀腺疾病探討與分析

摘要

為了提供臨床上甲狀腺疾病的診斷治療，核醫放射免疫科檢驗的甲狀腺激素有：促甲狀腺激素（thyrotropin, TSH）、游離甲狀腺激素（free T4）、甲狀腺球蛋白（thyroglobulin）、甲狀腺球蛋白抗體（thyroglobulin Ab），通過生化分析、核醫檢查，評估甲狀腺功能，追蹤甲狀腺切除術的完整性。運用RIA法及IRMA法，檢測範圍增寬，特異性和精準度進一步提高。
