摘要
在現實世界中，以角色為基礎的存取控制(RBAC)技術是常見的，每個組織間都有自己管理的角色和組織跟組織之間的認證。然而在電腦網路世界裡，是不常見的，因為跨組織的認證的建立難以禁止惡意角色扮演，和個人或組織完全掌控自己的角色。所以我們探討了一個利用區塊鏈來實現跨組織認證的系統。區塊鏈在比特幣的應用上，是一種分散式的數位貨幣，包含它的技術、加密、開源性質等都已經建立了良好的聲譽。為了實現跨組織的認證，信任是不可或缺的，如可信的時間戳記應用， 使區塊鏈更適合來做跨組織的認證，實現跨組織應 用後，就能夠帶來更便利、更安全、更快速的認證 和交易在電腦網路世界中。

In the real world, role-based access control (RBAC) technology is common between each organization has its own management role, the certification organization with organizations. However, in the world of computer networks, is not common, because establish trans-certified organization is difficult to prohibit malicious role-playing, and individuals or organizations in control of your character. So we explored the use of a blockchain across the organization to achieve certification system. The blockchain applications in bitcoin on a decentralized digital currency, including its technology, encryption, open source nature and so has established a good reputation. In order to achieve trans-organizational authentication, trust is essential, such as trusted time stamp application. So that the blockchain is more suitable to do the trans-certification organizations, across organizational app, you will be able to bring more convenient, safer, faster certification and trading in computer network in the world.
