運用R軟體於社群網路之分析與圖形視覺化

摘要

伴隨網際網路快速發展，社群網路成為了人們生活中的好夥伴，其中以臉書(Facebook)的使用最為普遍，在Facebook平台上只要加入好友就可以即時的在社群網站中看到好友的新動態並且可以留言或按讚。Facebook同時也提供了許多的社群應用，例如：小遊戲、心理測驗、粉絲專頁等，讓我們與好友互動以增進情誼。由於社群之每個人都是在社群網路上，故了解對方個人資訊是非常重要的環節，如此才能使彼此在社群網路中有更良好的互動模式。本文將以Facebook為主要探討的社群網路，並使用R語言作為主要分析探討之工具，研究中將R語言連結到 Facebook for developers的Graph API測試工具中，結合R語言及Facebook的資料，將Graph API所取得的資訊傳送至R語言以變數型式儲存，再利用R語言相關套件功能以統計表格以及圖形視覺化呈現。

With the rapid development of internet, social network becomes a good partner for people in our life. In the social network, Facebook is the one of common used platforms of social network by people, and we can visit friends' latest news and get feedback by writing comments or click the 〞Like!〞 to friends for a support. Facebook also provides many applications, such as games, psychological test and fan pages, in order to promote friendships with online friends. Because each one of online friends is in the social network, therefore, to understand online friends' personal information is very important to get better interaction with friends. Accordingly, this work adopts R language as the main analytical tool to explore the social analysis behavior in Facebook. In this work, we link the designed commands of R language to the Graph API Test Tool of Facebook for developers in order to combine to the data of Facebook. The information retrieved by Graph API will transmit to R language and be stored as variables. Furthermore, this work uses related packages of R language to analyze the received data. The analyzed results are showed by using statistical tables and infographic visualization.
