摘要

台灣人口老化速度全球第一，長者的創意潛能需要被看見，博物館健康促進長者創意生活的能量與利基需要被發現。創意認同，是博物館實踐行動的重要基礎，包括長者以及博物館兩部分創意潛能的覺察與認識。本文從變老、服老、命名、場所地方、意識意志、實踐社群等層面，依序說明長者的創意潛能與發展意義，梳理博物館服務高齡社會的利基和發展理路，探究博物館對於自身以及長者的創意認同，省思高齡社會中的博物館是什麼？博物館可以是什麼？呼籲直接面對博物館場所意義和創意價值，重視社會老化課題的專業發展，開發博物館與長者的未來性與生命意義。有愛無礙？博物館服務高齡社會的愛必須有持續「望聞問切」的互相參證，找到適當的方法關懷、在乎、尊重與行動。作者提醒博物館發展高齡觀眾、規劃適合長者需求的活動，需要志願發心的熱忱(passion)、意志堅定的耐心(patience)以及有意而為的專業(profession)。博物館服務高齡社會的專業發展，是明心見性、跨域整合的探究行動，創意認同的共振共鳴。

This paper discusses the characteristics/ functions of museums and creative service for the elderly, reflecting on the values and purposes of museums in an aging society. This paper reviews the concepts of aging, the elderly, service consciousness, place and belonging, purposeful aging and community practices for creative aging. It further identifies the creative potential of the elderly, the meaning of museums for the elderly and the importance of professional development and servicing regarding elderly visitors. This paper emphasizes the significance of museums working with the elderly to help them pursue a meaningful and productive life, the importance of the museums' attitudes in an aging society and the importance of unifying passion, patience and professionalism. In the conclusion, the author advocates the development of museums by enlivening the museological core of each institution through exploring the actions and attitudes that determine a productive and value driven approach to creative aging.
