博物館藏品取得作業程序之標準與實務

「藏品取得」是博物館所有蒐藏作業的前提與要件，它是博物館基於藏品發展的需求，執行獲得新增藏品的作業，包括制定物件入藏之條件或原則、物件入藏評估、入藏審議、物件所有權移轉、物件點交與狀況確認等程序，皆是藏品取得作業程序的範圍。雖然國際博物館社群所發展的程序標準與本國部分博物館對藏品取得作業皆有所規範，但不同的程序標準對藏品取得的定義與內容有所分歧，本國各博物館之藏品取得作業相關規定也缺乏整合性比較，不利實務運用參考。本文以藏品取得作業程序為主題，就國際博物館程序標準與本國博物館實務作業作介紹與系統性比較，再以國立科學工藝博物館為案例，進一步說明藏品取得實務作業，最後提出對博物館藏品取得作業程序實務之建議。

Acquisition refers to the procedure of acquiring objects for museum collections. It is considered the most important collection activity among museums. A museum’s acquisition procedure follows the collection development and collection management policies and consists of acquisition guidelines, object assessment guidelines, approval and rejection standards, legal rights and ownership guidelines, and condition report, etc. Although standards and practices of acquisition have been developed by the various museums in Taiwan, there has been a lack of systematic comparison of the differences among them. Thus, the authors first attempt to illustrate the differences in the acquisition procedures among museums. The acquisition practices of the National Science and Technology Museum are then introduced. Finally, suggestions are made for the development and revision of museum acquisition procedures.
