儘管中國文化管理體制改革深入推進,但博物館的官方背景決定了它的自治性非常有限,那麼現階段以理事會建設為核心的中國博物館治理改革將何去何從?本研究在深入洞察研究背景,釐清「理事會」、「管理」、「治理」等基本概念,掌握定性研究方法的基礎上,對中國國家文物局相關專家和東中西部各類型博物館館長執行半結構定性深度訪談,並以紮根理論指導資料的整理和分析。從訪談資料的研究結果中,尋繹中國博物館管理的共性問題及理事會治理的制約瓶頸,並對其成因進行深入剖析。最後依據研究發現,提出博物館理事會治理的4 點建議,以作為推進改革一種可能的宏觀理論思考。
The cultural management system in China is undergoing reform. However, as museums are controlled and managed by governments, their self-governance is restricted. In this context, how can museum governance reform be implemented? From an in-depth background study, a clear understanding of the basic concepts of "council", "management" and "governance" was obtained. Semi-structured in-depth interviews with experts from the State Administration of Cultural Heritage and museum curators were conducted. Based on qualitative research methods, all documents were organized and analyzed in accordance with relevant theories. From the interviews, it was discovered that there are commonalities in the issues of museum management and bottlenecks in council governance in China, which lent themselves to further analysis. Finally, based on the results of this research, four suggestions are proposed to reform museum governance.
