發展失智友善博物館是需要堅定意志的永續工程,失智友善博物館的哲學思考影響行動策略、方法與技術。本文以國立臺灣美術館2018年整備行動為例,依序說明「建立共識」、「檢視環境」和「編製手冊」的歷程內容,探究發展失智友善博物館的行動理路。每個博物館都有各自的脈絡系統與組織文化,館長、館員、志工及所有相關工作者的博物館意識、對於失智症的認識以及對失智友善的態度,都會影響該博物館的行動。作者敘述分析國立臺灣美術館案例,以社會工具論觀點反思博物館場域的教育實踐,期能引動博物館有心人共鳴後的行動共振,讓更多失智友善的宣告性認同能夠實質融入博物館場域中。
A strong and sustained will is required to develop a dementia-friendly museum. The philosophical thinking regarding dementia-friendly museums influences relevant strategies, methods, and technologies. In this paper, the 2018 action plan of the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts for the development of a dementia-friendly museum was analyzed, including building of a consensus, survey of the environment, and creation of a handbook. Each museum has its own context, systems, and organizational culture. Moreover, whether an action plan for a dementia-friendly museum can be implemented depends on the museum consciousness, understanding of dementia, and attitudes toward dementia friendliness of the director, staff, volunteers, and other relevant workers. From the perspective of the museum as a social instrument, the author reflects on the museum educational praxis in the analysis of the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts' action plan. It is expected that the results of this study can be used to encourage museums to incorporate dementia-friendly strategies.
