There are 353 plasma samples from elderly person including 108 normal status, 65 coronary heart disease (CHD), 95 hypertension (HP), 85 both coronary heart disease and hypertension (Both) from New Taipei City. The total fat and fatty acid contents were analyzed. It showed that 18:2 fatty acid was the highest, followed by 16:0, 18:1, 18:0, 20:4(ω-6), and 16:1 fatty acids. The ω-3 / ω-6 ratio of fatty acids was about 0.19~0.32. The contents of DHA, EPA+DHA, ω-3 PUFA and ω-3 / ω-6 ratio of the normal participants were significantly higher than CHD, HP or both groups. ω3/ ω6 groups of fatty acids in alcohols intake groups were significantly higher than those of non-alcohols intake groups. The contrary cigarette groups had significantly low ω-3 / ω-6 ratio.
新北市市民平均年齡72〜75歲之銀髮族353位,含108位血脂正常、65位具心血管疾病、95位具高血壓、85位既有高血壓又有心血管疾病,將其體檢所取得之血清取適量進行總脂質及脂肪酸組成分析。結果顯示18:2為含量最高之脂肪酸,其次依序為16:0、18:1、18:0、20:4(ω-6)和16:1。其ω-3/ω-6比值約0.19-0.32,同時顯示正常血脂之參與者其DHA、EPA+DHA、ω-3 PUFA及ω-3/ω-6比值均顯著較CHD、HP或Both group為高,酒精之攝取會使血清ω3/ω6比值顯著高於未飲用者,吸煙者卻有較低之比值。
