Antirrhinum orontium L. (Scrophulariaceae), a Newly Naturalized Genus and Species in Taiwan

摘要

Antirrhinum orontium L. is native to southwestern and central Europe. Recently, this species was found as a naturalized species in open, sunny grasslands at low elevations in central Taiwan, and could potentially become an invasive plant. It is a newly recorded genus and species of the Scrophulariaceae in Taiwan. This report gives a taxonomic description, illustrations, and a distribution map. Photographs are also provided to help with its identification.
