本報告係109年4月1日至6月30日期間,行政院原子能委員會輻射偵測中心執行臺灣地區核設施周圍環境輻射監測結果。核設施包括核一廠、核二廠、核三廠、核能研究所、清華大學及蘭嶼低放貯存場等6個設施;監測作業包括使用熱發光劑量計的直接輻射監測,液態與氣態排放途徑的各類環境試樣採樣分析,本季共計分析423件次,各核設施環境輻射監測及放射性含量分析結果皆小於環境試樣放射性分析預警措施之調查基準值,評估各核設施周圍民眾可能接受個人體外劑量小於每季0.025毫西弗,體內劑量小於每季0.001毫西弗,其體內及體外劑量總和遠低於「游離輻射防護安全標準」對一般人造成之年劑量不超過1毫西弗之規定。
This report is a summary of the results from the Environmental Monitoring Program for the nuclear facilities, including the three nuclear power plants, Institute of Nuclear Energy Research, National Tsing-Hua University and Low-Level Radioactive Waste Storage Site in Taiwan conducted by the Radiation Monitoring Center in the second quarter of 2020. A total of 423 samples from direct radiation monitoring using a thermoluminescent dosimeter and the environmental samples, including the pathway of all kinds of liquid and gas effluent samples collected from the near nuclear facilities. Based on the monitoring results of the surroundings of the nuclear facilities, all the monitoring results and the committed effective doses due to inhalation, drinking water and food consumption assessed was under safety regulatory limit.
