The aim of this study is to introduce evidence-based responsive parenting service, the Attachment and Biobehavioral Catch-up (ABC) program, and to verify its effectiveness after its introduction and implementation in Taiwan. The study employed a single group pre-post test design to examine the improvement in caregivers' responsive parenting abilities through the program. The results revealed that caregivers who completed the entire ABC program showed a significant increase in parenting sensitivity, decrease in intrusiveness, with a large effect size. However, there was no significant difference in positive regard. The study also explored the attrition rate in the program to provide recommendations for the Taiwan ABC program and practitioners.
