漢語神學的未來－神學論題引介

This Jubilee issue of Logos & Pneuma contains the writings of the blossoming generation of Sino-Christian theology. They reviewed the recent development of biblical studies, Patristics, Christianity in Ming & Qing dynasties, empirical studies of Chinese Christianity, contemporary stage of Sino-Christian theology and the relationship between Sino-Christian theology and humanities. The first three essays are traditional topics related to the study of the origin of Christianity and its mission. After several decades of scholarly development in China, they are successfully transformed to become de-Eurocentric and glocalized interdisciplinary studies aided with modem approaches. From the latter three essays one can find the emerging local consciousness of Christian theology in contemporary Chinese context. The authors articulated the unique challenges in their religious and cultural situation without neglecting the connection with the ecumenical Christian tradition. In a nutshell, the above-mentioned awakening shows a maturing sign of Sino-Christian theology. It begins to establish its own self-consciousness and identity and at the same time can contribute its findings to global Christianity.
