摘要

中醫實證就是運用科學證據，解決臨床問題。藉由分析臨床問題、搜尋適當研究、以及評讀研究結果，可以讓臨床用藥更精準，治療更有效。不同的研究方法有不同的證據等級，可以回答不同臨床問題。中華民國中醫師全國聯合會鼓勵各種臨床研究發展，本文將介紹不同研究方法在中醫臨床的應用，期許更多研究者積極參與，也鼓勵中醫師同道多評讀論文，並將知識用於臨床實務。

Evidence-based medicine of traditional Chinese medicine is the use of scientific evidence to solve clinical problems. By analyzing clinical issues, searching for appropriate research, and reviewing the findings, Chinese medicine practitioners can use the drug more precisely and achieve more clinical results. Different research methods based on their level of evidence can answer different clinical questions. The ROC Federation of Chinese Medicine Practitioners encourages the development of various clinical studies. We introduce the application of different research methods in the clinical practice of Chinese medicine and expect more researchers to participate actively. We also encourage TCM physicians to comment more on papers and share their medical knowledge in clinical practice.
