摘要

從民國十八年在大陸對廢除「中醫中藥」命令的抗陳到來台民國六十年奉令接任中國醫藥學院董事長，陳立夫先生都是維護中醫藥的領導者和守護者。立夫先生在台灣對中醫藥的推動無異是台灣中醫藥的早期發展史，其中立夫先生最重要的左右手之一，張成國主委除了參與立夫先生民國六十七年之後推動中醫藥的所有議題，更在民國八十七年之後接任掌管中醫藥最高職務中醫藥委員會主委，回顧其生涯發展史，如同台灣中醫發展史，其提出之中醫藥施政理念，如「中草藥現代化與國際化的主要步驟」、「打造台灣成為中草藥科技島」等，至今仍潛移默化引領台灣中醫藥發展。

From 1929 to 1971 CHEN Li-fu, the leader and guardian of Chinese medicine, as the protest the abolition of the ＂Chinese medicine＂ order in Mainland China in 1929 and took over the chairman of the China Medical College (now China Medical University). CHEN Li-fu made contribution the promotion of Chinese medicine in Taiwan from the early development history of Taiwanese medicine. One of the most important assistant of CHEN is CHANG Chung-Gwo, following CHEN step, CHANG Chung-Gwo also participated in the promotion of Chinese medicine. Later, he took over the commissioner of the Committee on Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy, reviewed the history of his career development is like the history of the development of complete Chinese medicine in Taiwan. CHANG Chung-Gwo proposed the concept of Chinese medicine governance, such as the main steps of modernization and internationalization of Chinese herbal medicine, building Taiwan into a Chinese herbal medicine science and technology island, etc., until now these concepts are still leading the development of Chinese medicine in Taiwan.
