何首烏的品種、性味、歸經、炮製與禁忌之文獻研究

摘要


何首烏品種、性味、歸經、炮製與禁忌在歷代本草文獻中的內容非常豐富,如《本草綱目》中稱有赤、白二種︰赤者雄,白者雌;《何首烏錄》中稱何首烏,味甘性溫無毒;《本草害利》中稱苦甘澀微溫,入肝腎,收精氣,補真陰,強筋益髓,壯陽事,為滋補良藥;《本草備要》中稱凡使赤、白各半泔浸,竹刀刮皮切片,用黑豆與首烏拌勻,鋪柳甑,入砂鍋,九蒸九曬用。茯苓為使。忌諸血、無鱗魚、萊菔、蔥、蒜、鐵器。

The species, nature and flavor, meridian distribution, processing and Contraindications of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. are very rich in the herbal literature of past dynasties. For example, in "Compendium of Materia Medica", it is said that there are two kinds of red and white: the red one is male, and the white one is female. "He Shou Wu Lu" is called Polygonum multiflorum Thunb., which is sweet in taste, warm in nature and non-toxic. In "Materia Medica Hari", it is said that it is bitter, sweet, astringent and slightly warm, enters the liver and kidney, collects essence, nourishes true yin, strengthens tendons and marrow, and strengthens yang. It is a good nourishing medicine. "Compendium of Materia Medica" states that half of the red and white swills are soaked, the skin is scraped and sliced with a bamboo knife, mixed with black beans and Polygonum multiflorum Thunb., spread willow retort, put into a casserole, steamed nine times and dried nine times. Poria cocos Wolf. as an envoy. Avoid all kinds of blood, scaleless fish, radish, onion, garlic, and ironware.
