以回溯分析比較PET/CT與PET/MRI檢查的整體有效劑量

Retrospective Analysis of the Total Effective Doses of PET/CT and PET/MRI

摘要


本科於2014年7月下旬完成整合式PET/MRI安裝,目前主要應用在「臨床研究」與「臨床檢查服務」兩方面,我們以回顧性報告的方式,在神經學(Neurology)、腫瘤學(Oncology)、心血管(Cardiovascular)、自費健檢(Health screen)四大類的應用領域各取樣10位受檢者評估在使用PET/MRI與PET/CT進行檢查時的整體有效劑量差異。結果神經學檢查使用PET/MRI與PET/CT的「整體平均有效劑量」分別為7.492mSv/ 16.240mSv。腫瘤學檢查分別為3.560mSv/10.561mSv。心血管檢查使用分別為3.661mSv/7.182mSv。自費健檢使用PET/MRI與PET/CT則分別為5.988mSv/7.938mSv。在臨床研究或是臨床應用上,整合型PET/MRI都是一部強大的功能性影像設備,因此本文整理比對使用PET/MRI與使用PET/CT在本科日常檢查中的整體有效劑量評估以供臨床檢查與研究參考,希望能夠鼓勵更多的同儕加入PET/MRI的研究行列。

Our department has installed the integrated PET/MRI in late July 2014, and mainly use for clinical research and service. In this article, we use retrospectively report about the difference of the mean total effective dose of neurology, oncology, cardiovascular, and health screens when use the PET/MRI and PET/CT. The results shown the mean total effective doses of PET/MRI and PET/CT in neurology examination were 7.492mSv/16.240mSv, in oncology examinations is 3.560 mSv/10.561 mSv, the cardiovascular examinations using PET/MRI and PET/CT were 3.661 mSv/7.182 mSv, and the health screen using PET/MRI and PET/CT was 5.988 mSv/7.938 mSv, In clinical research or clinical service, the integrated PET/MRI is a powerful tool, so in our article we compares the different of mean total effective dose between PET/MRI and PET/CT for the reference of clinical application and research, and hope to encourage more peers to join the PET/MRI research.
