編寫自動檢測分析程式以進行PETMRI的ADNI phantom品管測試之經驗分享

Experience of Programing Automatic Process and Analysis Software for ADNI Phantom Quality Control Test of PETMRI

摘要


阿茲海默氏症(Alzheimer's disease;以下簡稱AD)佔認知障礙病例的半數以上,為了維護參加老年癡呆症神經影像學計畫(Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative(ADNI))的成員其用於AD診斷的磁振造影(MRI)影像品質,ADNI要求會員使用ADNI phantom進行持續的影響品質監測。本科PETMRI自裝機完成後即依照規定以ADNI phantom進行持續的AD MRI品質監測,並且先後自行以Matlab與Python兩種程式語言撰寫自動檢測工具,將ADNI phantom測試項目透過強化圖像特徵處理後,自動檢測並追蹤比較測試結果。我們的經驗顯示Python的特性對於我們這種非專業程式編寫背景出身的使用者非常方便,謹將我們的相關經驗與同儕分享。

Alzheimer's disease (AD) were more than half of cases of cognitive impairment. For maintain the AD diagnosis quality of MRI between membership of the Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI), ADNI requires members to use ADNI phantom and scan protocol for self test and continuous quality monitoring. We follow the ADNI order to continues use the ADNI phantom and protocol to evaluate the MRI quality of AD diagnosis, when our PETMRI was setup. And we use the Matlab and python to programing the automatic process and analysis software for long term quality management by our self. Our experience shows that the characteristics of Python are more convenient for non-professional programming background user. In this adapter, we share our relevant experience about automatic process and analysis of ADNI phantom in PETMRI.
