放射診斷作業數據量龐大,以作者服務之大型醫學中心為例,平均每月常規X光檢查量約50000件,CT約8000件、MRI約3000件。如何在如此大型資料量中使用有效率之方法進行數據分析,以提供流程改善、設備採購之作業量評估等行政管理政策參考,為一重要課題。本文主要利用易於取得之軟體程式,搭配關聯式資料庫概念規劃設計一套可以同時應用於例行性放射診斷統計作業以及突發性專案分析之大數據分析資料庫系統,並以新冠肺炎通報案例接觸者回溯為實作案例,以供放射同業管理參考。
The amount of data in diagnostic radiology is large. Take the large medical center that the author works for as an example, the average monthly routine X-ray examinations is about 50,000 cases, CT is about 8,000 cases, and MRI is about 3,000 cases. It is important how to analyze such a large amount of data efficiently to provide administrative reference such as process improvement and workload assessment for equipment purchasing. In this paper, we used an easy-to-access software program with a relational database concept design that can be applied to both routine data and special projective analysis. An example is demonstrated by chasing the suspect novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) cases contacts of radiographers, which can be used as a reference in radiology management.
