接受數位乳房攝影與3D乳房攝影（數位化乳房斷層儀）壓迫疼痛分數之比較
Comparison of Compression Pain Scores between Digital Mammography and 3D Mammography (Digital Breast Tomosynthesis)
摘要
本研究之研究對象為2020年12月至2021年1月間，於本院接受新型HOLOGIC SELENIA DIMENSIONS乳房斷層攝影儀器（以下簡稱3D乳房攝影）之受檢者共68位，年齡介於35歲至70歲之間，以55-64歲最多，佔43.5%；其次為45-54歲，佔37.1%。資料收集之方式以自擬問卷為工具，以不記名方式收集有關本次3D乳房攝影之疼痛指數，如過去有曾接受數位乳房攝影之經驗，則同時填答接受數位乳房攝影之疼痛指數，進行比較分析。疼痛指數分成1-10分，1分最不痛，10分最痛。填答數位乳房攝影疼痛感的受檢者有61位，其中最多的是4分（可以接受）有13位，其次是7分（很痛）有10位、9分（非常痛）有8位。填答3D乳房攝影疼痛感的受檢者有68位，其中最多的是3分（可以接受）有29位，其次是1分（不痛）有15位、2分（不痛）有10位。答覆數位乳房攝影與3D乳房攝影疼痛感之受檢者共有61位，數位乳房攝影疼痛指數為6.2±2.5分，3D乳房攝影疼痛指數為2.7±1.4分，3D乳房攝影疼痛感顯著較低，有統計上之顯著意義（t=9.650，p＜0.001）。從收集資料內容計算，3D乳房攝影儀器壓迫之疼痛感降低率為56.5%。故知3D乳房攝影儀器新型設計有效的大幅降低壓迫疼痛感，將會增加受檢者對乳房受檢意願大大提升。

The subjects of this study are 68 women who received the new-type HOLOGIC SELENIA DIMENSIONS digital breast tomosynthesis (hereinafter referred to as 3D mammography) in our hospital between December 2020 and January 2021, aged between 35 and 70 years old Among them, 55-64 years old are the most, accounting for 43.5%; followed by 45-54 years old, accounting for 37.1%. If you have experience in receiving digital mammography in the past, answer the pain score of digital breast photography at the same time for comparative analysis; and ask the examinee to provide feedback and suggestions. There were 68 subjects who answered the pain of 3D mammography, among which the most was 3 (acceptable) with 29, followed by 1 (no pain) with 15 and 2 (no pain) with 10. There were 61 subjects who responded to the pain of digital mammography and 3D mammography. General mammography pain was 6.2±2.5 points, 3D mammography pain was 2.7±1.4 points, 3D (t = 9.650, p ＜0.001). Calculated from the content of the collected data, the pain reduction rate of 3D mammography equipment compression is 56.5%.
