從觀察日本《海上保安廳法》解析我國海巡法制之研究
A Study on Exploring the Legal System of R.O.C. Coast Guard in the View of Japan Coast Guard Act

In order to review the concurrent development of Taiwan Coast Guard and rethink the object of its future development, it is the approach of this article that observing the historic amendment and movement of Japan Coast Guard Act(hereinafter as JCG Act). By doing so, the author notices that Some key incidents triggered the movement and amendment of JCG Act, which can also be the successful examples for the attempt to adopt new law for Taiwan Coast Guard Act.
