應用金融桌遊於國小五年級理財教育之研究

A Study of Applying a Board Game in the Financial Education for the 5th Graders

摘要


本研究旨在設計適合國小五年級兒童的理財教育課程,並經由學生對本課程的反應與回饋資料,來瞭解應用金融桌遊於理財教育對國小五年級學生的實際幫助與學習情形。根據研究動機,本研究的目的為:(1)瞭解應用金融桌遊於理財教育對國小五年級學生的實際幫助與學習情形;(2)根據研究結果,提出實施國小學童理財教育時的具體建議,作為日後課程設計與實施者的參考。本研究為便利取樣,參與實驗學生為北部某班五年級學生,男生14人,女生15人,共29位學生。研究者將實施為期六週的理財教育課程,課程包含六大主題,分別是金錢價值觀、消費行為、投資與風險管理、儲蓄與金融機構、保險、信用與借貸等,輔以學生對課程感受回饋單及學習單等,作為質性與量化資料分析依據。研究結果發現:(1)參與實驗學生對於本次實驗教學的評價多為正向,顯示透過合宜的課程設計與適當的教學方法,能提升學生對理財課程的學習動機與興趣;(2)透過桌上遊戲能發揮寓教於樂的效果,使學習者感受到遊戲融入理財教育課程當中的樂趣。研究建議:實施桌上遊戲融入國小理財教育課程時,建議教學者應將重點放在學生的學習目標上面,並適時依學生特性及程度來做調整。

The purposes of this research are to design a financial education curriculum suitable for fifth-grade elementary school children, and to understand the practical help and learning situation of applying financial board games into financial education to fifth-grade elementary school students through students' responses to this course and feedback data. According to the research motivation, the purposes of this research are as following. First, to understand the practical help and learning situation of the application of financial board games in financial education for the fifth grade students of elementary schools. Second, based on the research results, to put forward specific suggestions for the implementation of financial education for elementary school children as a reference for future course design and implementers. The sampling method of this study was adopted the convenient sampling. The students participating in the teaching experiment were the fifth grade students from a class in a northern elementary school, with 14 boys and 15 girls, and a total of 29 students. The researcher implemented a six-week financial education course, which includes six major themes, namely "money values," "consumption behavior," "investment and risk management," "savings and financial institutions," "insurance," "credit and lending," etc. The qualitative and quantitative data were collected by the "students' feedback on the course" and study sheets. Data analysis methods were to use qualitative analysis and descriptive statistics analysis. The results of the study are as following. (1) The students participating in the research had the positive evaluation about the teaching experiment. Both the extent of students interest in the course and assist in helping students all show positive affirmation. (2) Through board games, students can enjoy the fun of learning. Furthermore, the learners can experience the joy of integrating games into financial education courses. Our research suggestion is that teachers would focus on students' learning goals and make adjustments in accordance with students' characteristics and their knowledge levels when implementing board games integrated into financial education curriculum of elementary school.
