承負說與代際正義－以環境倫理學為考察脈絡

The Theory of ＂Chengfu＂ of Tai Ping Classic and Justice between Generations In View of Environmental Ethics

摘要

本論文係以環境倫理學為考察脈絡，來探討承負說與代際正義的關係。首先，討論承負說的意涵，包括承負說的定義、類別、範圍、時限及道德勸善作用等。其次，討論代際正義的意涵，包括代際正義的理論難點、理論進路、理論成立的可能出路。再次，指出承負說與代際正義的三項不同點，雙向性與單向性的不同、關懷範圍的不同及方法論取徑的不同。最後，得出三點結論：1、承負說可以提供一個當代本土對代際正義思維脈絡；2、對代際正義實踐過程，承負說提供一個親切、可行的途徑；3、對承負說能夠做一個當代詮釋的轉化，破除迷信，建立當代理性的思維模式。

This paper is in view of environmental ethics to survey the relation of ＂Chengfu＂ and the justice between generations. First of all, it discusses on the meaning of ＂Chengfu＂, including its types, effect time, effect area and persuading moral action. Secondly, it presents the meaning of the justice between generations, including theory puzzles, approach and solutions. Thirdly, there are three differences between ＂Chengfu＂ and the justice between generations. Finally, there are three conclusions.
