以同理心為基礎之跨領域團隊形成流程開發研究:以工程與設計跨領域課程為例

摘要


由於現代科技進步飛快,許多公司的經營方式發生改變,科技讓溝通與知識的獲取變得更方便。現代科技的進步影響了設計師的創意與展現方式,許多設計師透過不同的方式將科技元素融合進設計創作裡,增加商業價值並讓作品的呈現多元化。現在面對的問題越來越複雜,單一專業領域的人才已經不能解決這些問題,所以跨領域團隊的成立愈來愈普遍。跨領域團隊內不同領域的成員形成的認知多樣性是增加創意與思想的主要原因之一,但它也可能產生衝突。在跨領域團隊中不同領域的成員常會因爲認知的不同與缺乏同理心,導至溝通上出現問題,影響整個團隊的成果與效率,並且可能在決策階段難以達成共識。透過前期研究與評估,提供一個有系統的設計與工程領域團隊形成的流程,此流程針對設計與工程領域的開發團隊進行設計,主要包含團隊形成中同理心與溝通模式的建立,透過此流程可以幫助設計師與工程師在團隊合作的過程中互相產生同理心,清楚自己在團隊中的定位,並建立適合的溝通模式,讓團隊能在短時間內形成共識。研究透過跨領域課程進行實驗,每個學生在課程中都應該進行跨領域團隊與溝通模式的建立,並進行一個實際的專案。

Due to the rapid progress of modern technology, many companies have changed their business methods, because technology has made communication and knowledge acquisition more convenient. The advancement of modern technology has affected the creativity and presentation of designers. Many designers integrate modern technology into their creations to increase commercial value and diversify the presentation of their works. Thus, the working condition we are facing are becoming more and more complex, and people with a single professional field can no longer solve complex problems caused by multi-field professional proficiencies. Therefore, the establishment of cross-field teams is becoming more and more common. The cognitive diversity can be formed by members of different fields for increasing creativity and ideas, but it may also cause conflicts. Members of different fields in a cross-domain team often encounter communication problems due to differences in cognition and lack of empathy, which affects the results and efficiency of the entire team, and it may be difficult to reach a consensus in the decision-making stage. By using the preliminary research and evaluations, our team provided a systematic process of a team formation for designers and engineers. This process was designed for development teams. Establishment of empathy and communication mode were carried out for the team formation in this study. Through this systematic process, it can help designers and engineers to empathize with each other in the process of teamwork, know clearly about their position in the team, and establish a suitable communication mode. Therefore, the team can reach a consensus in a short time. This research was conducted through a cross-domain course based on the proposed process of a team formation. Students in this course need to participated a cross-domain team, established their own communication model, and carried out a practical project.
