This research constructs the home smart application and collects environment data of the people who live at home by using Arduino sensing devices, wireless mobile networks, smart networking and other UI technologies. The data would be uploaded to the cloud database via the TCP/IP protocol, and after back-end program calculation, the data is downloaded via the mobile network. These activities data can be provided to caregiver who required the elder's data in smart home via UI of mobile phone. In the data collection stage, this research uses sensing devices, Bluetooth wireless/mobile networks, smart networking and other technologies to obtain the required long-term observational data. This research uses the Internet of Things technology to achieve cloud data transmission "supply chain" to complete the data collection model, which can be further applied to smart care services for the elderly at home and smart care applications are realized through the mobile APP interface.
