黑殭菌對斑飛蝨的病原性

PATHOGENESIS OF METARHIZIUM ANISOPLIAE VAR. ANISOPLIAE IN THE SMALLER BROWN PLANTHOPPER, LAODELPHAX STRIATELLUS

摘要


首次自斑飛蝨(Laodelphax striatellus)體上分離出之一種真菌,證實其為蟲生病原菌(entomopathogen),經鑑定為黑殭菌(Metarhizium anisopliae var. anisopliae);其編號MA-805品系,孢子呈綠色、大小為2.25~4.50×5.00~10.00μ。臺灣不同地區的斑飛蝨品系對本菌的感受性無顯着差異。利用組織切片技術、酵素測定及電子顯微鏡觀察MA-805之感染途徑,孢子附着於蟲體體壁發芽後在菌絲端產生附着器(appressorium),再以侵入釘(peg)穿入體壁進入蟲體腔內生長繁衍。本菌可分泌澱粉酶、脂肪酶、蛋白酶和幾丁酶,但不分泌果膠酶(pectatelyase)。

The green muscardine fungus, Metarhizium anisopliae var. anisopliae isolate No. MA-805, isolated from the smaller brown planthopper, Laodelphax striatellus, collected at Pingtung area, is highly pathogenic to its host. The mode of invasion by this fungus was investigated by using histological sectioning and scanning electron microscopic techniques. In addition to the penetration by germination and mycelial growth in hemocoel, M. anisopliae var. anisopliae also produced 4 enzymes; namely, lipase, chitinase, amylase and protease, which could be involved in penetration through the insect cuticle.
