從教師與學生實務增能層面探討縮短學用落差政策

From Teacher and Student Practical Empowerment to analysis Policy for shorten the gap between schooling and employment

摘要


本文旨在介紹《技職教育再造方案》策略,教育部於2010 年頒佈《技職教育再造方案》,此方案在「強化務實致用特色發展」及「落實培育技術人力角色」之定位下,分5 個推展面向,提出10 項策略;冀望透過方案的實施,達到「改善師生教學環境、強化產學實務連結、培育優質專業人才」的目標。《技職教育再造方案》之「強化教師實務教學能力、引進產業資源協同教學、擴展產學緊密結合培育模式、落實學生校外實習課程」等策略之執行提升實務教學之效能,以及提升實務教學效能之具體作法、特色與成效,並提出相關理論意涵、實務意涵與建議。

The present paper aims to introduce the strategies for implementing Reshaping Technological-Vocational Education. Ministry of Education announced and publicly presented "Technological-Vocational Education" in 2010. Designed to "strengthen practical skills" and "nurture technological talents", the project incorporates five development dimensions and proposes ten strategies. It is expected that with the implementation of the project, the goals of "improving the instructional environment", "strengthening the practical connection between academia and industries" and "nurturing quality professional talents" can be achieved. Technological and Vocational Education Reform Project, especially in carrying out the strategies such as strengthening instructor's practical instruction abilities, introducing industrial resources into team teaching programs, expanding the nurturing model that closely connects the academia with industries, and realizing off-campus internship programs.strengthening the effectiveness of instructors' practical teaching abilities, and improve practical teaching effectiveness, their characteristics and results. At last, this paper concludes by proposing some theoretical and practical implications for academic and industries.
