摘要

國際能源市場變化對中國能源形勢的影響越來越大，中國需要一個穩定、充足、經濟的能源供應，除強化本國國內能源的開發與利用外，開展國際的能源合作為目前最重要的課題。而中國陸上能源管道(線)開發，除可避免海上運輸風險，增加多元來源管道，亦可強化與周邊國家政治關係。
